What we collect

When you book an appointment or sign up for service reminders we collect your name, phone number, email address (if provided), and vehicle details. We do not collect payment information through this website — payment is handled in person at the shop.

How we use it

• Appointment confirmation: phone and email used to coordinate your visit.
• Service reminders: if you opt in, occasional emails when your car is due for service.
• Newsletter: if you opt in, monthly shop news.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Third-party services

We use Resend to deliver emails. Resend processes your email address solely to deliver the message; their privacy policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy. We use Google Maps to display our location, which loads Google's standard analytics for maps.

Email opt-out

Every email we send (including booking confirmations) has a link to manage your preferences or unsubscribe. You can also call us and we'll handle it manually.

Data deletion

You can request we permanently delete your subscriber record by calling (973) 844-9090 or emailing info@ezautosrepair.com. We honor delete requests immediately.
